ABOUT

Hi, I'm Xann

I’m a strategist, founder, and music-led experience designer working at the intersection of health, technology, and human connection. My career weaves together impact-driven startups, large-scale creative production, and music projects designed to improve wellbeing and bring people together.

Startup & Innovation

I’ve spent 15+ years working where technology, creativity, and impact meet.

I’m the founder of Biiah, a music healthtech platform helping adults improve their wellbeing through singing, using data and reflective practice to make health benefits visible and measurable. I also lead Singforce, a workplace choir programme delivering singing-for-wellness experiences to organisations across the UK.

Alongside this, I co-founded the Cambridge Female Founders Network, a founder-led community supporting women building companies through connection, strategic support, and better access to funding.

Creative Production & Experiences

I have over 20 years’ experience producing large-scale events and interactive music experiences that bring people together in meaningful ways. My work spans corporate, cultural, and artistic spaces: from historic venues and intimate galleries to global institutions and tech headquarters including: Cirpirani’s 42nd, the ballroom at The Pierre Hotel, a 15th century chapel, a small gallery space, and Google’s HQ in London.

Music & Research-Led Practice

My musical work has focused on reimagining how we listen to, sing, and experience 16th-century polyphony in modern contexts. I founded two choirs: Concanenda, a UK-based scratch chamber ensemble, and Crepusculum, a choir formed at Berklee College of Music.

Across all my work, music is both an artistic practice and a tool for connection, regulation, and collective experience.

What Drives Me

Whether through music, strategy, or community building, I’m always exploring how to help people:

  • Connect more deeply

  • Create meaningful shared experiences

  • Build things that make a positive, lasting impact

If you’re working at the intersection of people, creativity, and change, we’ll probably have a lot to talk about.
